Prepaid tickets for events can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the event. Cancellations later than 48 hours before the event are not refunded. However, the ticket may be passed on to another person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take away is supplied in disposable packaging and collected at the restaurant unless otherwise agreed. For larger events where we lend out tableware, it must be returned clean during the restaurant's opening hours no later than 2 days afterwards. If delivery is required, it must be agreed no later than 8 days in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We prefer food to be paid for on collection. However, we are happy to send an invoice for larger events and companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BOOKING POLICY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

RESERVATION FEE AND CANCELLATION<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

For events at the restaurant, you may be charged a reservation fee of DKK 3,000.\u00a0

The fee is deducted when the event is settled. It is not refunded in the event of cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FINAL NUMBER OF GUESTS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The final number of guests must be confirmed no later than 8 days before the date of the booked event, either at info@halibutbistro.dk<\/a> or by phone on +45 77998000<\/a>. After this, the full cover price will be charged for guests who do not attend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EXTENSION OF EVENT<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

As a rule, the restaurant's premises are reserved for 5 hours for private events. If this is exceeded, it costs DKK 99 per hour for the total number of registered guests. This price includes drinks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EXTRAORDINARY CLEANING<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

If the restaurant's premises require extraordinary cleaning after the event, a fee of DKK 1,000 will be charged. This could be confetti, rice, vomit and the like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

COLLECTION OF YOUR OWN ITEMS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

For weddings, the top of the wedding cake must be collected within the following working week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If gifts, vases, floral arches or the like are left behind, please collect them no later than the following day during the restaurant's opening hours, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CANCELLATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation of events for 10 people or more must be made in writing.
For cancellations within 6 months of the event, the reservation fee is not refunded.
For cancellations from 1 to 3 months before the event's start date, a cancellation fee (compensation) of 25% of the confirmed event price is charged. For cancellations up to 1 week before the event's start date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the confirmed event price is charged.
For cancellations 0\u20136 days before the event, a cancellation fee (compensation) equal to 75% of the confirmed event price is charged.
Furthermore, it is assumed that the restaurant is indemnified for the cost of specially agreed services that cannot be cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
