BOOKING & CANCELLATION TERMS 

Prepaid tickets for events can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the event. Cancellations later than 48 hours before the event are not refunded. The ticket may, however, be passed on to another person.

Take away is served in disposable packaging and is collected at the restaurant unless otherwise agreed. For larger events, where we lend out tableware, it must be returned cleaned during opening hours no later than 2 days afterwards. If you would like delivery, please arrange it at least 8 days in advance.

We prefer the food to be settled on collection. For larger events and companies we are happy to send an invoice.

BOOKING TERMS

RESERVATION FEE AND CANCELLATION

For events held on the premises you may be charged a reservation fee of DKK 3,000. 

The fee is deducted from the final settlement of the event. It is not refunded in the event of cancellation.

FINAL NUMBER OF GUESTS

The final number must be given no later than 8 days before the date of the booked event, either at info@halibutbistro.dk or by phone on +45 77998000. After that, the full cover price is charged for guests who do not attend.

EXTENDING AN EVENT

The restaurant is reserved for 5 hours for private events. Beyond that, the cost is DKK 99 per hour for the total number of registered guests. This price includes drinks.

EXTRAORDINARY CLEANING

If the restaurant requires extraordinary cleaning after an event — confetti, rice, vomit and the like — a fee of DKK 1,000 is charged.

COLLECTING YOUR OWN BELONGINGS

For weddings, the top of the wedding cake must be collected within the following working week.

If gifts, vases, decorations or similar are left behind, please collect them no later than the following day within opening hours, unless otherwise agreed.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of an event for 10 people or more must be made in writing.
If cancelled within 6 months before the event, the reservation fee is not refunded.
For cancellation between 1 and 3 months before the start date of the event, a cancellation fee (compensation) of 25% of the confirmed event price is charged. For cancellation up to 1 week before the start date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the confirmed event price is charged.
For cancellation 0–6 days before the event takes place, a cancellation fee (compensation) of 75% of the confirmed event price is charged.
It is further assumed that the restaurant is held harmless for costs of specially agreed services that cannot be cancelled.
